According to the latest measurements, Europe is warming faster than other parts of the world. The global average temperature has increased by approximately 0.27°C per decade over the past 30 years. However, temperatures in Europe have risen by approximately 0.56°C per decade since the mid-1990s, meaning that temperatures have increased at more than twice the global average rate.
