We need to transform our cities and our mobility systems to have a chance of reaching carbon neutrality. The fast increase this year in oil and gas prices has impacted the energy and mobility sectors’ decarbonisation efforts. In this high-level session, speakers will reflect on challenges and opportunities resulting from this situation and discuss their approaches to liveable cities in this new context.
